There is a Canada wide class action lawsuit on commissions currently and already successfully settled in U.S. last year 2024, large brands like RE/MAX have made large settlements and the national Association of Realtors.  As a result, listing agents can NO LONGER post on the MLS backend the 'Offering Commission" to buyer agents.
